Heatblast
Heatblast is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a Pyronite from the star/planet Pyros.
Heatblast is a magma-based lifeform whose body is composed of brown and red rocks with lava inside. His head is completely fiery. His body is extremely hot, making touching him very damaging without protection. His feet have slight oval like design with only two toes and one back toe. Heatblast wears the Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
While under the influence of a cold, his fire and lava turn blue and replaces his pyrokinetic powers with cyrokinetic powers.
In Ultimate Alien, Heatblast's appearance is slightly altered. His eyes are no longer connected to the fire on his head, and he seemed to have developed small noticeable horns. His rocks are darker. His rock pattern over his body is different, and seems to have slightly fewer rocks revealing more of the lava inside Heatblast. His voice sounds like Jetray's, except it's deeper.
Gwen as Heatblast hardly looks any different, her chest was bigger and her voice was more feminine. She wore the Omnitrix symbol on her chest.

Ghostfreak is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of an Ectonuritefrom the planet Anur Phaetos.Ghostfreak is a ghost-like alien. He has grey skin with black lines running all over him. This skin is removable, which will reveal Ghostfreak's tentacles.
In the original series, the Omnitrix symbol peeks out of his skin on his lower left chest.

Diamondhead is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a Petrosapienfrom the planet Petropia.
Diamondhead is a silicon-based lifeform that is about 7 feet in height. His body is composed of durable green crystals. He sports 4 green crystal points on his back and has a sharp head.
In Alien Force and Ultimate Alien, Diamondhead's torso is similar toChromastone's, which is purple crystal which has black lines and dots over it, it's confirmed Diamondhead will lose this naturally later. There are now 6 crystal points on his back instead of 4 and now also sports two more on the front of his chest.

Four Arms is approximately 12 feet tall, has well developed muscles, two pairs of four-fingered arms and red skin. The black stubble stripe goes from the bridge of his nose to his neck. A second black stripe goes from his chin to his lower lip, and he has four eyes: a main pair and a smaller pair below them..

XLR8 is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a Kineceleran from planet Kinet.
XLR8 resembles a semi-armored velociraptor. XLR8 has wheel-shaped feet and wears a helmet with a visor, leaving the other features of his head unknown. Whenever that visor does come up, you can see that he has a blue face, green eyes and black lips and stripes.

He is able to breathe underwater, as well as swim at high speeds with amazing agility and can also withstand very strong water pressure. His luminescent angler allows him to see in dark areas.
Ripjaws uses his claw-tipped fins and razor-sharp teeth to attack enemies with strength superior to a person. His powerful jaws can bite through metal. Ripjaws can unhinge his lower jaw to swallow large objects in a single bite. He can transform his legs into a fish-like tail and vice versa.

Waybig
Way Big is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a To'kustar.Due to him being 200 feet tall, Way Big can often easily overpower his opponents because he packs enough power to beat an entire army. His size also grants him incredible strength and speed. Way big has also shown great durability, withstanding fire from enemies while barely even feeling them.
Way Big also has super speed (shown in The Widening Gyre). In addition, Way Big is immensely strong and powerful for his size, as shown when he defeated Vilgax who was Way Big's size and threw him into orbit.
Way Big can shoot a cosmic ray similar to the Ultraman signature technique Specium Ray. He does this by crossing his wrists together, with his right forearm vertical and left forearm horizontal in front of it and the thumb edge of his hands facing his body, to shoot from the outer edge of his right hand a powerful pale blue or green colored ray.
In one instance, Way Big is shown easily defeating six of Ben's Ultimate Forms at once, which is also an example of his capabilities.

Humungousaur is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of aVaxasaurian from the planet Terradino.Humungousaur is about twelve feet tall and can grow bigger at will, up to about sixty feet. When he grows, his dinosaur features become more pronounced, growing Stegosaur-like plates on his back, a crest on his forehead and spikes on his tail. Also on his elbows three plates separate and grow, giving him a more ferocious look. His skin is hard, brown and a sort of beige color and he has a somewhat humanoid body. Alien X is the Codon Stream's DNA sample of a Celestialsapien from The Forge of Creation.Ben acknowledges Alien X as his strongest and most powerful alien; however, he cannot afford the cost that comes with becoming the alien. Alien X is capable of warping reality at will. He has a black body filled with tiny white stars, white hands, green eyes and three horns protruding from his head. He has three personalities: Serena, the voice of love and compasion, Bellicus, the voice of rage and aggression and Ben, the voice of reason. All three speak together when Alien X speaks. In order for Alien X to perform any action, including but not limited to, simple movement and transforming back into Ben, two of the three personalities must agree to do so. As Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for eternity and before they had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best, leaving Alien X's body trapped in place.
